TQM is a very important concept use to apply in an organization or company daily operations. TQM principles must be supported at all levels of the organization or company as to be effective in improving quality from the lowest-level hourly employees to the highest managerial department. The financial benefits from using TQM included cut down costs, improve returns on sales and investment and the ability to change higher rather than competitive prices. Besides, TQM increase the reputation as a quality organization or company, develop new innovations using short period of time, increase customer retention levels and improve access to global markets, as what McDonalds did.
